Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapies to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate treatment plans with healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
• Ensure a professional appearance adhering to dress code standards.

Required Qualifications
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure examination.
• Minimum of 1 year recent outpatient physical therapy experience.
• BLS Certification required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system is a plus.
• Professional appearance with attire including khaki, navy, black, gray, blue, or white shirts; no scrubs or t-shirts.
