Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, onsite, days shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Set up Braun dialysis machines and prepare for patient treatments
- Access patients, connect/disconnect patients from dialysis machines
- Monitor vital signs during dialysis procedures
- Document procedures and patient information using electronic medical records
- Float to other nearby clinics or units as needed, based on schedule
- Adhere to unit-specific training and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months outpatient/chronic dialysis experience
- Active BLS certification from AHA
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); can also hold CHT certification
- Must obtain MN Net Study certification within 2 weeks of acceptance
- Experience with Braun dialysis machines and crit line monitoring
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a dialysis setting with Braun machines
- Knowledge of general dialysis procedures and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
