Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a secured memory unit within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for memory care residents.
• Shift hours are from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings, particularly with memory care or secured units.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and safety protocols for elderly or memory-impaired patients.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide attentive, compassionate care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a memory care or secured unit environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive resident needs.
