Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, part-time (1 shift per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and document medical histories and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to long-term care.
- Assist with patient assessments and treatment procedures during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
