Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Comply with all relevant licensure and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois state license or active application in process.
• Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.
• Last four digits of SSN required.
• Clinician's middle initial needed.
• Ability to work three 10-hour shifts per week.
• Willingness to work in a drug-free campus environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in occupational therapy.
• Familiarity with hospital or outpatient therapy settings.
