Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Home Health

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week, including every 4th weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Document patient progress and update medical records, including Oasis entries
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care routines
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Experience in home health care and Oasis documentation required
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with flexible scheduling and weekend rotations preferred
- Local candidates encouraged to apply at standard rates
