Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Float between units as needed, prioritizing patient safety and care standards
• Respond to on-call requests as necessary, including weekends on a rotating basis
• Maintain appropriate patient-to-nurse ratios, primarily 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies, document patient care accurately in electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 3 NICU setting
• Ability to float between units and adapt to different clinical environments
• Reliable transportation for travel between various facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in short-term acute care hospitals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
• Willingness to work night shifts and potentially extended hours
