Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on an acuity adaptable unit, ranging from medical-surgical to ICU level care.
• Manage patient conditions including COPD, PNA, Sepsis, UTI, and CHF, with patient ratios depending on acuity.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient assessments, interventions, and documentation.
• Float within scope as needed to meet unit and facility demands.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with 1.5 years accepted for screening.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Willing to obtain Indiana license prior to start if not already licensed.
• Ability to work charge shifts with a pay bump of $3/hour.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in telemetry, cardiac telemetry preferred.
• Comfortable working in an acuity adaptable environment with variable patient ratios.
