Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic charting systems.
- Float between units and facilities as needed to meet patient care demands, including potential assignments at various locations such as Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, and Saint Vincent.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license with ICU experience.
- Vehicle for travel between multiple facilities.
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend.
- Proven competency in ICU patient care with appropriate licensing.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in critical access or smaller facility settings.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different unit environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
