Full-time, days shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scrubbed and circulating nursing support during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Document procedures accurately using Cerner and McKesson systems
• Assist with procedures such as LHC, RHC, balloon pumps, pacemaker placement, pericardial effusion management, and STEMI calls
• Support interventional radiology procedures including venous access, drain placement, GI tube insertion, PE, DVTs, fistula work, and internal bleeding interventions
• Maintain patient safety and comfort through conscious sedation and proper equipment handling
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure efficient procedure flow and patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a cardiac cath lab or electrophysiology setting
• Proven scrub experience preferred
• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (if applicable), RCISE (if applicable)
• Experience with equipment such as Siemens and Philips C-arm, Acist injector, Medrad power injector, Rotapro, Diamondback, IVUS, OCT, Shock wave devices, Rampart, and Penumbra systems
• Proficiency in circulating and conscious sedation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac procedures like LHC, RHC, pacemaker, defibrillator, and STEMI call responses
• Interventional radiology skills including access and drain placement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to emergency situations
