Key Responsibilities
· Provide care to patients in Med/Surg Tele/IMC units within a hospital setting
· Float between Medical/Surgical Telemetry and Intensive Medical Care units as needed
· Manage patients with conditions such as respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and trauma
· Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
· Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
· Prior experience on an IMC (Intermediate Care) unit of at least 2 years
· Recent Med/Surg Tele experience in a hospital environment
· Current BLS and ACLS certifications
· Recent Epic EMR system experience (mandatory)
· Ability to handle complex patient conditions and adapt to float assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills
· Experience working in a float pool environment
· Comfort with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6
· Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
