Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights shift, 36 hours per week, 3 shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units, floating as needed across units.
• Manage patient assessments, IV starts, labs, medication administration, and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Respond to patient needs and provide compassionate care during night shifts.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Experience with IV starts, labs, medication administration, and patient education.
• Prior experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to float confidently across units within the organization.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend, with the possibility of additional shifts based on unit needs and personal preference.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Surgical experience, particularly in burn units.
• Previous travel nursing experience.
