Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms, responding to changes promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across related units or facilities
• Participate in rotating weekends and adhere to hospital policies on on-call and staffing
Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in telemetry or acute care
Preferred Experience / Skills
• NIHSS certification considered a plus
• Experience managing patient ratios of 1:5
• Ability and willingness to work a block schedule, subject to manager approval
