Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Follow hospital protocols and comply with licensing requirements.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Float to additional hospital locations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid MA nursing license upon submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to pass a day-one pass/fail test at orientation.
• Willingness to float to additional hospital locations as needed.
• Must have completed Relias testing (2 attempts) during onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Prior experience with hospital-based patient care in acute settings.
