Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient treatment
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and support stabilizations as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Be flexible to float to additional hospital locations as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license at the time of submission
• 2+ years of emergency room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to pass a day-one pass/fail orientation test
• Willingness to float to additional facilities as needed
• No recent employment (within the last 6 months) at the same health system in any capacity

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous ER experience in a hospital setting with a focus on acute care
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently

Note: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Schedule options include 36 or 48 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, exclusive of on-call time.
