Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy to pediatric and infant populations.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications
• CA Physical Therapist License (current and active).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
• Infant population experience is a strict requirement.
• Able to work flexible hours within the specified shift window.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting systems.
• Comfortable working within a 50-mile local radius.
