Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Complete all documentation related to patient care, including initial assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain active licensure and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in onboarding procedures, including credentialing and equipment setup.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and executing physical therapy treatment plans.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Flexibility to work full-time days shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar clinical setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory and credentialing processes.
