Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services, including evaluations and therapy sessions
- Manage patient caseload with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio
- Collaborate with clinical teams across outpatient and acute care settings
- Maintain documentation and adhere to healthcare standards
- Participate in scheduled treatment planning and progress updates
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Certified or licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist (pending license acceptable)
- Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Study preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient and acute care settings
- Ability to accommodate flexible schedules, including block scheduling
- Comfortable with float responsibilities within scope of practice
