- Rochester, NH
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel assignment, 13 weeks duration
- Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy hospital ER setting.
- Perform advanced procedures and assessments specific to emergency care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, effective patient management.
- Document patient care accurately using hospital systems.
- Adhere to all unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code (scrubs).
- Float as required to support staffing needs across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid active compact RN license.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a hospital emergency room.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must have ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and CPI certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to floating policies.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE medical equipment.
- Familiarity with hospital documentation system (Expanse).
- Strong teamwork and flexibility.
- Experience mentoring or supporting newer staff.
