Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute emergency care in a fast-paced hospital ER setting.
• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies per medical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech system.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies, including uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license (temp licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of general nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCC certifications.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in Rapid Response or ER departments.
• Knowledge of hospital policies including floating, attendance, and dress code.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
