Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Required Qualifications
- California RN license (must be attached to application).
- ACLS & BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association, attached to submission).
- 2+ years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.
- 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTAC or Telemetry units.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
