Full-time, temporary (4-week assignment)
12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor residents' health status and document care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care
- Respond to emergencies and assist with special care needs as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina LPN license
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and adapt to schedule changes
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
