Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU with a cardiac focus, ensuring high-quality clinical support.
• Monitor and manage cardiac patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and C/P, including overseeing cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
• Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios (1:3-4) to ensure safety and quality care.
• Work in telemetry beds with varying acuity levels, providing comprehensive patient assessment and intervention.
• Adhere to established protocols, including BLS and ACLS certifications, ensuring compliance with hospital and unit standards.
• Demonstrate detailed documentation, including demographic data and badge-appropriate photo, as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of documented PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized facility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experienced in cardiac care, including management of cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting with cardiac patient populations.
• Ability to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
