Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including post-surgical and orthopedic cases.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and obtain director approval for any overtime hours.
• Cover multiple clinics as needed, with a focus on outpatient orthopedic care.
• Ensure quality patient care aligned with facility standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Reliable transportation within 50 miles of the facility for local candidates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Exposure to post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with outpatient productivity metrics.
