Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including ortho and sports injuries.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle post-surgical cases with a focus on orthopedic care, with some sports injury cases.
• Coordinate treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and follow clinic protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Must be within 50 miles of the facility for local rate considerations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly in orthopedic and sports injuries.
• Experience with post-surgical patient care.
• Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently.
