Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8-12 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Provides outpatient dialysis services to chronic renal patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Floats to other facilities as needed, including St. Albans and Berlin
- Adheres to all safety and quality protocols, including proper documentation and patient care standards
- Works collaboratively with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Schedules may vary; flexibility is required to accommodate shift needs
Required Qualifications
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience, with at least 1 year in outpatient settings
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within past 2 years)
- Must be flexible to work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed
- Reliable transportation is essential, as public transit is not accessible in this area; personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires during winter months is strongly recommended
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel dialysis experience preferred
- Experience working with ESRD and chronic renal patients
- Ability to work holiday shifts (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
