Job Title
- LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location
- Elkins, WV
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Monitor patient health and document medical information accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior night shift experience in a LTC/SNF environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
