Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (7pm-7am), 3 shifts per week, on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care to hospice patients in a home-like setting.
- Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and educate patients and families on care goals.
- Deliver comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
- Act as an educator and resource for patients and caregivers, fostering confidence in at-home care.
- Maintain clinical excellence and critical thinking in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Proven clinical skills in nursing, including symptom management and assessment.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Compassionate communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care preferred.
- Background in symptom control, emotional support, or spiritual care.
