Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
- Complete documentation related to patient care and therapy interventions
- Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement effective therapy programs
- Adhere to facility policies regarding equipment use, dress code, and scheduling
- Maintain active licensure and equipment during interviews and assignments
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license in the state of Arizona
- Experience in setting up and administering therapy plans
- Ability to complete necessary documentation and credentialing requirements
- Availability to start on 12/15
- Willingness to adhere to dress code and parking instructions provided on the first day
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working as a physical therapist in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with ATI credentialing processes and documentation procedures
