Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 13-16 week assignments, floating required, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients, including management of ventilated patients, dysrhythmias, and continuous IV sedation
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, arterial line management, starting IVs, and titrate cardiac drips
- Monitor and care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, CHF, and post-surgical recovery, ensuring adherence to staffing ratios
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care in a 18-bed open critical care unit
- Maintain certifications and comply with unit policies, including ACLS and BLS requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license and current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience managing ventilated patients, arterial lines, IV therapy, and cardiac drips
- Ability to float within the ICU to different patient care areas as needed
- Must have in-hand licenses and certifications for submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in managing dysrhythmias and ventilator management
- Knowledge of complex ICU procedures such as CV, neuro, trauma, or surgical critical care
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
