Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing IR and cardiac procedures in a specialized lab setting
- Circulate using Siemens lab equipment and assist during heart caths, IR procedures, and minor cardiac ablations
- Respond promptly to call requests, including a 30-minute call response time, with rotation every 4th weekend and one night per week
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth procedure flow and patient safety
- Document patient care and procedures accurately in Cerner electronic charting system
- Work scheduled shift hours typically consisting of 8-10 hour shifts per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in a clinical setting
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- IN-state license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Siemens lab equipment and IR procedures is highly desirable
- Prior work in short-term acute care facilities or catheterization labs
- Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
