Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient nursing care for patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units.
• Float within scope to support multiple departments and meet facility needs.
• Cover a minimum of three 12-hour night shifts each week.
• Assist with complex cases including bariatric, urology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, and trauma patients.
• Support patient recovery after surgeries such as bariatric, urological, hepatobiliary, and colorectal procedures.
• Manage patient needs including wound care, serial debridements, and post-operative assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license valid for practice in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to float within scope across departments.
• Pending licenses accepted; must obtain full license prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with complex surgical patients, including bariatric, urology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, and trauma cases.
• Familiarity with wound care, including use of Wound Vacs and serial debridements.
• Comfortable working night shift schedule and flexible with floating as needed.
