Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Assist physicians during patient assessments and treatments.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee nursing license or multi-state licensure.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/MAB, PALS, NIHSS.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER or emergency nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond quickly in critical situations.
