Job Title

- Albemarle, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 12-hour shifts, rotating weeks (36/48 hours), every other weekend, possible floating to different units, holiday hours as scheduled, no on-call requirements, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality bedside care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure resident well-being
- Follow all facility policies and procedures for resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Participate in weekend rotations and possibly float to different units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid NC LPN license
- At least 1 year of GERIATRIC LPN experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and handle rotating schedules
