Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric

Location
• Memphis, TN

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Assist in the management and treatment of children requiring respiratory support
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital and state licensing requirements

Required Qualifications
• Valid Tennessee state license specific to Respiratory Therapy (RRT required, CRT not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience
• Current driver’s license to accompany submission
• Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines for multi-state licensing if applicable
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a variable schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Pediatric trauma experience or healthcare experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Familiarity with hospital protocols for pediatric respiratory care
• Previous experience working in a hospital with a Level I Pediatric Trauma designation
