- Aberdeen, WA
Schedule / Job Type
- 13-week contract, full-time, day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with varying start times (either 0500 or 1100). Every other weekend off.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing utilizing specialized equipment across various departments, including Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.
- Conduct tests on equipment such as Cobas, Sysmex, and Stago analyzers.
- Ensure accurate and timely results while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with laboratory team members to support clinical operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) license.
- Experience with specialized lab equipment including Cobas, Sysmex, Stago, and Microbiology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with blood banks, urinalysis, and microbiology testing.
- Strong technical skills with clinical laboratory instruments.
