Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and improve patients' functional abilities following injury or disease.
• Assess patients' conditions considering gender, age, cultural background, and educational needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate patient care while making sound clinical judgments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment progress.
• Adhere to all licensing and safety standards, including current licensure and BLS certification.
• Commit to maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude towards patients and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Montana.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations.
