Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Circulate during procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Follow hospital protocols, including charting and documentation in Epic.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality maternal care.
- Work scheduled shifts of 12 hours, with a requirement to work at least 3 shifts per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license without pending status.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate (AWHONN Advanced preferred).
- Able to circulate during procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Magnet-designated hospital.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
- Ability to work night shifts and accommodate holiday schedules.
