Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients across various units, including OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, and PICU.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards within the ICU.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Valid licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico or multi-state license.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
- PALS certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, or PICU units.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different ICU specialties and patient needs.
