• Rotating shifts, full-time, on-site, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Room, Acute, and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
• Cover all areas within a small critical access hospital, including backup duties for non-ER assignments when no patients are present.
• Administer medications and perform procedures for LTC and acute patients as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies; note that the facility is not latex-free.
• Work a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule with six 12-hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend off.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements, including obtaining Hawaii licensure prior to start if not currently licensed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license at the start of the assignment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in an Emergency Department.
• Active RN license and ability to pass medications and procedures in acute and LTC settings.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a critical access hospital environment.
• Ability to handle multiple roles within ER, acute, and LTC areas as needed.
