Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients across all hospital departments, including Acute Care, OB, ER, and others.
- Perform basic interpretation of electrocardiograms and identify life-threatening arrhythmias.
- Execute respiratory procedures in accordance with American Association for Respiratory Care Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Administer advanced cardiac, neonatal, and pediatric life support protocols.
- Communicate patient condition updates to physicians through assessments and consultation.
- Successfully perform intubation procedures when required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RRT).
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
- Valid ACLS, Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Ability to work call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital setting with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of neonatal and pediatric respiratory care procedures.
- Strong understanding of cardiac and life support protocols.
