Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care for patients with neurological, orthopedic, and post-surgical conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and interpret laboratory results.
• Administer medications and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist with dressing changes, sterile procedures, and specimen collection.
• Conduct telephone triage and handle pharmacy calls for patient refill requests.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehab nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to interpret laboratory results, perform phlebotomy, and conduct patient assessments.
• Knowledge of neurological, spinal cord injury, CVA, TBI, ABI, and other rehab patient diagnoses.
• Experience with medication reconciliation and patient history documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with acute care rehabilitation settings.
• Flexibility to float between various campuses as needed.
• Familiarity with aseptic and sterile procedures.
