Key Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient physical therapy services to general orthopedic patients
• Managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day
• Maintaining productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
• Ensuring all therapy sessions are appropriately documented and progress is tracked
• Collaborating with clinic staff and obtaining approval for overtime hours as necessary
• Working up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day and manage a full patient load
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Ability to adapt to multi-site or float assignments (though float to other clinics is not required)
• Recent grads considered, but candidates must meet licensing requirements
