- Full-time, 4 shifts per week, Days shift, 10-hour shifts, On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting, including urgent care services
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist in patient assessments, documentation, and care planning using electronic medical records
- Support clinical operations and ensure compliance with safety and health protocols
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to meet patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient, urgent care, or clinic setting
- EPIC electronic health record experience within the past 2 years (required)
- Ability to work 2 out of 4 holidays, including major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day
- Reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle recommended for area travel
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Dementia-capable care certification (preferred)
- Prior travel experience (not required) but onboarding supports are in place

Additional Information
- Assignment duration: 16-32 weeks with urgent start needed
- Travel rate: $75 per day; local rate: $65 per day (within 50 miles or less); mileage reimbursement available for longer distances
- No block scheduling; bi-weekly orientations (next on 11/24)
- Must explain employment gaps over 90 days and complete all work history details, including bed count and facility type
- Reliable transportation required; vehicles should be equipped for winter months
- No public transportation access in the area; personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended
