Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all certification requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- BLS and NIH Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work at least one major holiday and one minor holiday during the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
