Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment, nights shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit focusing on trauma, surgical, orthopedics, and urology patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed
• Adhere to hospital protocols while maintaining a high standard of patient safety and comfort
• Follow documentation and reporting procedures using Meditech EMR system
• Work 12-hour night shifts, including holidays and every other weekend
Required Qualifications
• Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a Compact state (no temporary licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS or BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in the specialty area
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or higher
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in trauma, orthopedics, or urology units
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment
