Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions to help patients improve their daily living and fine motor skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.
• Support patients in achieving therapy goals through hands-on assistance and encouragement.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• State license or registration to practice as an OTA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation systems.
