Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Monitor and assess patient progress during labor and postpartum periods.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical support during deliveries.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required (license can be pending, with a 6-8 week issuance timeframe).
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidates with first-time RN experience accepted.
• Ability to work variable 12-hour shifts.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must meet facility requirements for licensure and background.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in labor and delivery nursing in a hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt to variable shifts and floating within scope to meet facility needs.
