Schedule / Job Type
- Days, Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels
- Manage ventilator and critical care equipment with expertise
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in call rotation as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) license (DORA-RT)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; CRT considered not eligible
- Completion of an approved respiratory therapy program
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (American Heart Association)
- Must have neonatal and pediatric experience
- Flu vaccine must be current; no declinations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Extensive critical care and ventilator management experience
- Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
