Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia phase I and II for surgical patients.
- Monitor patients undergoing local anesthesia procedures and administer sedation as needed.
- Ensure high-quality care by utilizing nursing processes, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a patient advocate, supervising and coordinating care for assigned personnel.
- On-call coverage for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, following scheduled rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience or training in perioperative or PACU nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of anesthesia and postoperative care standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous PACU or surgical nursing experience.
- Certification in ACLS or BLS.
